设置ntp服务

功能描述

设置SE主机ntp服务设置。

请求参数

参数	类型	默认值	选择	描述	举例
ntp_config	string	无	必选	设置的ntp服务地址	"ntp1.aliyun.com ntp2.aliyun.com 0.cn.pool.ntp.org 1.cn.pool.ntp.org"
timezone	int	无	必选	时区设置， “+”表示西区，“-”表示东区，所以以-8表示东八区	-8
